Inaugural Maxxis 12 Hours of ATV America to be featured on High Octane television program

Cleveland, OH -- (Fast-Trak Event Press Release) - October 2, 2002 Fast-Trak Promotions has finalized television programming for its inaugural Maxxis 12 Hours of ATV America held October 12 in Fort Dodge, IA of this year.

"We've shot some pretty impressive ATV racing footage from desert racing to TT and motocross events. Quad racing certainly has come of age. I think this event really showcases the true all around best riders, teams and machines from every form of ATV racing", says High Octane producer, Tim Zimmerman. “I'm sure we'll capture plenty of exciting race action. We'll also have a few cameras that will gather footage from each team's pit. There should be plenty of strategies going on here that will definitely aid in the final piece". From what I'm hearing of this event, I think we can come up with an interesting segment that will really highlight what ATV racing is all about. I'm not too sure we'll be able to air any of their halftime TT rental car racing, but I'm looking forward to checking that out for sure", adds Zimmerman.

High Octane airs every Wednesday 10:00 am, 4:30 pm, 2:30 am (all times ET/PT) on Fox Sports Net.

The coverage of the inaugural Maxxis 12 Hours of ATV America will be televised a few weeks after the event.

FRIDAY

• 4-7 PM Sign Up and practice
• 7:00 PM Opening ceremonies, spaghetti dinner, rider's meeting.

SATURDAY

• 7 AM Event Staff Meeting
• 7 - 8 AM Sign Up ** last opportunity for racers
• 7 - 8 AM Tech Inspection
• 7:50 AM Kill Cord Inspection
• 7:55 AM National Anthem
• 8 AM Start first session (6) hours
• NOTE: Track Maintenance throughout event
• 2 PM Finish first session. Riders ride directly to impound area.
• 3:30 - 4:30 Media Hour and Meet the Riders Pit Party, Rental Car Races
• 4:50 AM Kill Cord Inspection
• 4:55 AM National Anthem
• 5 PM Start the second session (6) hours
• Note: Track Maintenance throughout event
• 11PM Finish
• * Top three in each class to podium awards, pictures and interviews.

SUNDAY

• 9 AM - 3 PM Free riding for all with paid admission and signed rider release forms.
