AC Racing Introduces New Line of Off-Road
Exhaust
 After
working with Flow Racing Exhaust for several
years AC Racing and Flow have gotten together to
develop a truly unique line of high performance
racing exhaust systems: the AC-FLOW line.
Boasting exclusive design innovations and using
materials not previously applied to off road
exhaust, the AC-FLOW line delivers remarkable
power increases, light weight and the durability
serious racers need.
Designed, Dyno tested and manufactured at
Flow’s factory in Corona, California, and track
tested on some of the best known tracks in the
world for over 2 years, AC-FLOW systems include
a laundry list of features, many of which are
exclusive to the line. For example:
- Only AC-FLOW has the exclusive “Wedge”
silencer design to squeeze more sound
reduction into the available space.
- Only AC-FLOW has hard anodized aluminum
end caps for greater durability and good
looks
- Only AC-FLOW uses a high-temp TFE O-ring
on it’s MX pipes with a proprietary, Flow
designed, slip adapter for an air tight yet
flexible system.
And it’s not just the big components that get
the custom treatment, virtually every part on
the pipe is purpose designed, right down to the
spring hooks and bracket weld nuts. This
attention to detail and dedication to excellence
results in a system that delivers top
performance, light weight and durability in a
unique package.
There are only two reasons to lay down your
hard earned dollars for a race exhaust system:
more power and less weight. The AC-FLOW line
delivers big time on both counts increasing peak
horsepower over stock on MX bikes by at least 1
to 1¾ HP on 250’s and 1¾ to 2¾ HP on 450’s. On
Sport ATV’s, the AC-FLOW exhaust adds up to 10½
horsepower.
As for weight, AC-FLOW systems are within 10
ounces of some MX titanium systems, 16 to 20
ounces of others and save as much as 5 pounds
over most stock ATV pipes. Yet an AC-FLOW pipe
won’t fracture after a year of racing like many
titanium systems do. And the AC-FLOW silencer
won’t crack and pull apart the way carbon fiber
can.
All AC-FLOW Exhaust Systems come with a USFS
Approved spark arrestor and carry an innovative
Crash Parts Replacement Policy that lets you
replace damaged parts or even the entire system
for half price in the first year, even if you
crash. In addition, a proprietary EPX core is
available to bring sound levels down to 96db
without hurting performance.
