miles east of I-77 at exit 46 on Camp Welfare Road in
Fairfield County, South Carolina. It is approximately 30
minutes north of Columbia, SC and 50 minutes south of
Charlotte, NC. Here is a map with the exit marked and

Hwy. 701 North, smiles on left at Horry County Fairgrounds.
Trail Description: Mixed terrain, several trails,
sand, mud, fishing and camping allowed. Motocross
track, Go kart track. 20 min. from Myrtle Beach, SC
Info Other: We have full bathrooms, full hook up,
camping or primitive camping. Great fishing for one
fee of $15.00 (full hook up is 40.00 per night). Minutes
from Myrtle Beach, least expensive most fun in Myrtle Beach.

Creek area. Great scenic views. Elevation change from 31,000
ft. to 3,5000 ft.

Oceda Plantation is a 2,000-Acre Outdoor Sportsman’s Retreat
that offers a sport or activity for virtually every outdoor
enthusiast. Situated on the edge of what is now the
Wee Tee State Forest, Ferry Lake took its name from the
nearby ferry crossing on the Santee River and site of the
Revolutionary War battle known as, The Battle of Lenud’s
Ferry. It was here on May 6, 1780 that British Lt. Colonel
Banastre Tarleton (Colonel William Tavington, played by
Jason Isaacs in the movie, ‘The Patriot’) and his force of
150 Dragoons, tipped off by a local Tory, ambushed Colonel
Anthony White’s forces capturing 67 and killing 41 of the
350 Continental’s under Colonel White’s command.
